Currently, the Support options for users are at the very bottom of the page in very small font. This link is mostly overlooked by users. We want to make sure that customers are aware of the self-help options that we provide before calling in or sending a ticket. I think users would benefit from having a Help link on the Left column of Location/Global settings. This directs users to the page that offers self-help support as well as Onboarding/Training options. Better visibility could help to increase feature sales as well.
