Internal Backordering from Location/Warehouse?

Being a multi-location business we sometimes order from a vendor to one location where as some of the order is to eventually be transferred to another location. The idea is to save on shipping cost since we can easily drive items back and fourth. The problem is that the location B needing some of the parts which are ordered to location A and on a PO in ordered status cannot "backorder" those items from the location as to tag against location A's inventory similar to where we backorder a part on a ticket and it shows at the bottom of a ticket.
