Change customer on an open ticket (ourselves)

It is really cumbersome and time consuming to have to contact RepairQ support every time a ticket has been created under the wrong customer profile...

For example, we deal with many schoolboards that have hundreds of different customers (schools and departments) profiles attached to their billing agent. Sometimes staff creates tickets into the wrong "school profile" and we just need to reassign them quickly, to make sure that the device will be shipped back to the correct department and billed to the correct profile (otherwise Schoolboard won't authorize payment).

It would definitely be a BIG help if we could change the customers ourselves on our open tickets.
